How an engagement runs

  1. Scope call, 30 minutes

You tell me the decision you need to make. If measurement will not change it, we say so there and nothing is billed.

  2. Read-only measurement

Your keys, your logs, your traffic. No production change, no new vendor to approve, nothing to migrate during the audit.

  3. Findings table

Every claim carries a reproducible command and a number. Anything I cannot reproduce I strike out before you see it.

  4. Fix list with owners

Six to twelve items, ordered by savings over effort, each assigned inside your team. Estimates are mine, work is yours unless we agree otherwise.

  5. Re-measure after two weeks

The savings either appear in the same chart or I keep working until they do, at no extra charge on the audit scope.

One person: measurement, analysis, code, delivery. No agency, no subcontracted build, and no capacity resold — I am paid for the work, not for where your traffic goes.
